Thrive! Scheduling & Payment Policies

CANCELLATIONS

  • A 24-hour advanced notice is required for the cancellation of a scheduled session. An email or phone call to Thrive! is an appropriate notification method.

  • If a 24-hour notice is not provided, the client will be charged a "No Show" fee.  The charge of the "No Show" fee is the cost of a 1 hour session.  

REFUNDS

  • Refunds are not available for cancelled sessions. 

  • A cancelled session will be applied as a 1 hour credit to your account. 

PAYMENTS

  • All payments are due prior to the scheduling of a session. 

  • Payments are only accepted in the Thrive! Store.

SCHEDULING

  • An Early Learner's Assessment is required for all clients of Thrive!.

  • No sessions may be scheduled and/or purchased prior to the Early Learner's Assessment.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

  • Thrive! will follow the Spotsylvania County Public School's (SCPS) schedule. 

  • If there is a school delay scheduled during your session, Thrive! will postpone the session and credit the 1 hour session to your account.

HOLIDAYS/VACATIONS

  • Thrive! is CLOSED for all Federal holidays.

  • Thrive! is CLOSED during Spotsylvania County Public School's Spring and Winter Breaks.

CDA Verification Visit
  • Coordinate Date and Time with the Center Director
  • Appropriate Teacher to Student Ratio
  • Have the Following Available Prior to the CDA PD Specialist's Arrival:
    • Photo Identification

    • CDA Portfolio

    • Age-Appropriate CDA Workbook (Current Version)
